All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the national office and RECEIVED not later than 11:59 PM EST by the dates listed below.
Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.
Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:
- Received by October 7, 2016 – Full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- Received October 8 through October 26, 2016 – 50% refund.
- Received on or after October 27, 2015 – No Refunds
